If you are familiar with HBO-owned series, you know how embarrassing it can be to watch them with someone: the channel is famous for its love of violence, brutality and explicit scenes. Their reputation has been laughed at before, but in the new HBO commercials, he himself presented the situations that might arise when watching his show with his parents. In a series of videos, the characters - brother and sister - watch their favorite TV shows with their parents and hear from them injecting comments, annoying questions, or confronted with awkward silence. The channel offers a solution - register on the HBO GO streaming service and watch your favorite shows on mobile devices, away from your parents.
And although the videos are really funny and you can face any situation from them in real life (for sure you at least once, but it was still awkward to watch explicit scenes with your parents), you don't always want to immediately agree with the message of some videos. For example, in one of the videos, a mother tells her daughter that she would accept her if she was a lesbian, and that she would love her anyway; in another, the father says that the daughter has a right to her opinion in sex, because this is her body. It may be really embarrassing to hear this from your parents, but is it really unpleasant to talk about your parents accepting you for who you are, regardless of your orientation? In addition, watching your favorite TV show with your parents is a good option for an evening together. Maybe it's just not worth choosing explicit HBO shows for this?
