If you have long ceased to believe horoscopes (and just read them out of habit), and are not yet ripe for going to a psychoanalyst, we have something to offer you. Brooklyn-based copywriter Dan Brill has opened an online classroom of hilarious psychoanalysis on Tumblr: on the Emojinalysis blog, he examines the patients' last used emojis, those from the "recently used" tab, and makes a diagnosis based on them. “One day I texted a friend and noticed that I was overusing emoji with booze, sad emoticons and exploding stuff. It made me wonder if my life was okay,”Brill tells how he got the idea for Emojinalysis. - In general, it became clear that according to the list of used emojis it is quite possible to tell a lot about a person. Well, I decided that it was time to analyze the problems of other people, so it would be easier to deal with my own. And that, by the way, really helped me."
For almost a month now, Dan has been taking patients online: his name, age and a screenshot with emoji need to be sent to him by email or tweeted. And then - just cross your fingers, wait for the diagnosis to appear on the blog, and hope that everything is more or less normal with your life. We have already sent our emoji.
