Portland clothing brand Wildfang, worn by Kristen Stewart, Ellen Page and Kate Mara, has unveiled an unusual video for a new ad campaign starring actress Evan Rachel Wood. In the video, the name of the actress is played up: "Evan Rachel Wood" in English sounds the same as "Evan Rachel Would", that is, "Evan Rachel would have done it." In the video, the actress says yes to any opportunity presented to her - whether it be a chance to direct a school production of Romeo and Juliet, get into a training camp for sports team mascots, or sing karaoke with Beth Ditto. In addition, Kim Gordon also starred in the video: she reads an excerpt from her book and is not very happy about the idea of starting a group with Evan Rachel Wood.
Despite the humor of the video, it talks a lot about the rights and role of women in society and it is based on an important idea - you should not be afraid of the unknown and refuse the opportunities that life offers.
Wildfang has also created Evan Rachel Would T-shirts for the campaign, which can be ordered from the brand's website. The cost of one T-shirt is $ 40; all proceeds from sales will go to Friends of Children, which provides mentors for children in need.
