The end of summer has come which means it's time to seriously think about what to wear this fall. We have selected 10 items of clothing and footwear that we will all inevitably buy in the next three months. Simply because these or similar models will be in every store and on every mannequin.
with flared bottom
Simple single-breasted and double-breasted jackets in traditionally austere grays, blacks and browns or in tartan plaid might seem boring and boring if not for the futuristic silhouette that Demna Gvasalia achieved with a narrow waist and raised hips in his first collection for Balenciaga. These tailored jackets are a reinterpretation of a timeless classic, a nod to Cristobal Balenciaga's legendary suits and a potential hit for the fall season. In combination, for example, with straight cropped jeans, mules or sneakers, they will be an excellent option for the street, in combination with a pencil skirt and high boots - for the office. In any case, they make the image laconic and elegant.
Every time you put on such a jacket, remember: all other things should be as simple as possible, unless you want to look too theatrical and eccentric. Similar to these jackets in silhouette, only even more futuristic, decorated with zippers, was made by Nicolas Ghesquière for Louis Vuitton. Made of silk, they differ from the Balenciaga ones by a narrower waist, which makes them resemble a corset, and a rigid "stand" at the bottom. Wearing these is better with skinny jeans and rough-soled ankle boots. We hope that in the near future we will see variations on the theme of such jackets in mass-market stores.

Iridescent pale pink, scarlet, green-yellow satin dresses, as in the collections of Gucci, Blumarine, Alberta Ferretti, will be a great option for a cocktail party, especially in combination with a jacket or coat with a pronounced rough texture - for contrast.

Designers in women's collections return to the leopard print systematically, either because of their special love for these big beautiful cats, or because it is always spectacular and bright. However, one does not exclude the other. The attitude towards leopard print in fashion has changed over time: if earlier it was directly associated with Versace, Dolce & Gabbana and Roberto Cavalli, that is, brands that convey stereotyped female beauty and sexuality, today we can find it, for example, in the collections of Prada and Acne Studios.
In the new season, designers showed a different "leopard": some have it realistic (Bottega Veneta, Prada, J.Crew), others - in unexpected color combinations, for example, in the spirit of pop art (Acne Studios). Despite the fact that clothes with a leopard print have long ceased to be a marker of vulgarity, there are rules that should still be followed. First of all, we must remember that the "leopard" alone already attracts a lot of attention, so other things, hairstyle and makeup should be simple and even ascetic. Well, if we are talking about a fashionable party, then all the rules are canceled.

A wide belt is an absolutely universal accessory in the sense that it can be worn with everything that is possible, for example, with outerwear. It helps to create an X-silhouette and makes even the simplest thing look new. You can endlessly fantasize about different combinations here. For example, a wide belt will look equally beautiful with a tight knitted dress, as in the A Détacher collection, an elongated shirt, a bodysuit and a jumpsuit. It will also become an indispensable accessory for layering lovers, as it can again be worn over a jacket or coat. Focus on the collections of Saint Laurent and Maison Margiela.

If you do not have a leather coat yet, then by the new autumn season they will probably have to get one.A leather coat is just one of those rare things that take their place in the basic wardrobe for a long time and do not lose their relevance - so it's worth investing in a purchase. You can find such a coat in autumn collections: at Acne Studios - voluminous versions of delicate muted shades, at Versace and Moschino - in biker style, at Max Mara - in shiny patent leather. But especially beautiful leather coats - minimalistic greenish wet, metallic and white shades - were shown by Jil Sander.

Quilted down jackets
A lightweight quilted down jacket again from the category of mandatory purchases with the onset of autumn: firstly, because it is practical in our harsh unpredictable climate, and secondly, it is simply beautiful. Designers offer many options - for example, classic, like Prada, more sporty, like a whole pool of brands like Acne Studios, Balenciaga, Yeezy. We advise you to take a closer look at how cunningly down jackets are worn on models at the Balenciaga and Acne Studios shows: the unbuttoned top opened the shoulders and created a kind of collar.

Things with infantile applications
The recently formed trend for infantilism in clothes has managed to fall in love with many designers and has shown that not only children's clothes can be cheerful and cute. In the new season, designers showed a lot of things with funny and touching applications, looking at which one would certainly want to buy a thing. Applications in the form of mice, kissing faces, men in uniforms and cocked hats - the list goes on. Distinguished by a special elegance, such clothes are suitable primarily for parties, but in everyday life they also find application. In the latter case, the main thing is not to overdo it.

A tight-fitting jumpsuit is a fashion hit this fall. For example, Nicolas Gesquière in the collection for Louis Vuitton showed a structured jumpsuit with different colored inserts, reminiscent of a superhero costume, Kanye West in the collection for Yeezy - several monochrome jumpsuits that look like wetsuits or thermal underwear, Edie Slimane in the collection for Saint Laurent - hot pink, all covered with sequins jumpsuit, referring to the disco of the 70s. If you want to be the center of attention, this jumpsuit is what you need. Pair a skinny jumpsuit with oversized pieces to accentuate your body lines.

The sweater is many sizes larger, and “the bigger the better”, as the designers of Les Copains, Emilio Pucci, Alexander Wang say, claims to be the most popular hit of the fall season. If at this moment you have thoughts about the aesthetics and comfort of such a sweater - chase them away. With a huge sweater, you can create beautiful complex multi-layered looks, it can be worn as a loose warm dress and, if desired, supplemented with a wide belt - another hit of the season. If you're in the market for an oversized sweater, pay special attention to the Raf Simons men's collection.

High boots are an obligatory topic of conversation in anticipation of the onset of cold weather. So, Demna Havsalia suggests wearing such boots for both girls and boys - boots have long become the hallmark of Vetements. And in the very first collection of Gvasalia for Balenciaga, we again saw high boots complete with dresses below the knee - a favorite combination of the designer. Boots that fit the leg, like stockings (such, by the way, are in Zara), and an oversized coat will look no less advantageous. The variety of colors, decor and heel shape is striking, but high-heeled boots made of shiny patent leather, as well as metallic leather, decorated with all kinds of patterns, embroidery and appliqués, as in the collections of Louis Vuitton, Maison Margiela, MSGM, Sonia Rykiel, are especially relevant this season. Balenciaga, Vetements.
