IN THE HEADING "LIFESTYLE" we ask different people about healthy lifestyles with a human face: we talk about the importance of taking care of ourselves and pleasant ways to make life more comfortable. In the new issue, Olesya Gerasimenko, a special correspondent for the Kommersant newspaper, says that she eats, how much she sleeps and how she lives in order to feel good.

A healthy lifestyle will not save you from all psychological problems
FEELING GOOD FOR ME MEANS TO SUBMIT THE TEXT, and then sleep, wash, eat porridge and go for a walk in the forest. But such days are rare.
FIRST MORNING I LOOK INTO MY DAUGHTER'S BED and whine: "Aglaya, maybe we'll get at least a little more sleep?" And she's not in any: morning, it's time to hang out. Then she gets a new diaper, me - oatmeal in water and vitamins.
I AM LAZY AND DO NOT LIKE COOKING. Because of this, from time to time I have to eat all sorts of rubbish like nuggets, and then I feel bad from them. In general, since childhood, I feel bad from fast food, and I have never tried McDonald’s burgers, although I don’t think they are too harmful.
I AM NOT A GOURMET. If you feel like eating, I can buy a cake or a bar of regular milk chocolate. And if I had my way, I would only eat tuna, bell peppers and eggs. However, I somehow eat like that (my poor husband).
I HAVE TRAVELED WITH BABY FOOD BANKS even before the baby is born. Lunches on airplanes make me feel no better than fast food, so I don't wake up for feeding, but I eat veal "Tyoma" half asleep.
I HAVE ALWAYS ENVYED PEOPLE WHO LOOK WELL ON THE TRIPS. On business trips, I'm usually in a panic, and on vacation I can forget to wash. No matter how many jars for the face and sportswear I pack, I only need to buy bigger sunglasses and peach butter for my hands when there is nowhere to get a manicure.
RELATIONSHIP WITH OWN BODY AFTER BIRTH I had, as with the former: that feeling when I am grateful for everything, but very infuriates. For a while, I shook my abs and recently underwent a massage course, so now there is harmony.
RUNNING IT WAS TERRIBLE BORING, JUST UNBEELABLE - also the dogs rushed at every step. I used to do Muay Thai and ballet, but now I just walk a lot: yesterday, for example, 17 minutes. Seriously, I am one of those who always use stairs, park the car in the first free space, even two kilometers before the destination, and carry the baby around the parks in a carrier all weekend.
MOTIVES OF PEOPLE DISCUSSING A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE ENDLESSLY, I do not understand. Well, really: biceps, quads, gluten-free, wheat germ, but did my pedometer count how many liters of water I drank?
A healthy lifestyle will not save you from all psychological problems: an evil person will probably stay that way after a run, and sick nerves cannot be cured with spinach.
IN CASE OF COLD, HANGERS, HYSTERICS or just on a sad Sunday morning I go to the bathhouse. Two hours under the steam and in the font - and you are not Aphrodite, of course, but you can go and settle everything.
IF YOU WANT A LIFE HACK, HERE IT IS: SLEEP ANY FREE MINUTE. Here, however, not without incidents: I passed out on private planes when I had to maintain a polite conversation with the newsmaker, and at night with my daughter in my arms while she drank milk. Once I fell asleep in the dentist's chair: I closed my mouth - and he almost drilled a hole in my cheek.
