I had no idea that women's football existed - it all happened by accident and in an instant turned my life upside down

Wellness - a state where nothing prevents me from playing or training, and a positive attitude.

A typical day starts with coffee and a warm-up.to prepare your body for exercise. And the perfect day is a day at the beach when I'm on vacation.

I usually train for an hour and a half every day. The workload in the offseason and the season of tournaments is strikingly different: in the first case, there is a lot of work on strength and speed, a lot of jumps, you need to prepare the level for the entire next season. In the playing season itself, there is a match every week, so the total load is lower - but more work with the ball and elaboration of game tactics.

I DO NOT LIKE TO STAND OUT and attract a lot of attention - although I consider appearance to be a very important part of life. I am a professional athlete, I am always in sight.

HOW MUCH I REMEMBER - SO MANY HAVE BEEN WITH THE BALL. I spent all my free time playing ball with the guys. When I was eleven years old, I accidentally saw girls a little older than me training at a local stadium, and the coach saw that I was playing with the guys on a nearby field, and suggested that I go to the Energia Children's and Youth Sports School.

On the same day, the parents wrote a statementthat they allow me to study. I had no idea that women's football existed, and even more so I had no plans for it - everything happened by accident and in an instant turned my life upside down.

I LIKE IT MOST OF EVERYTHING IN TRAINING play football and, of course, score goals. I don’t like running and endurance work, it’s hard work - but it’s also the foundation, without which you can’t go anywhere.

During my career, I have wanted to quit football more than once. The moments were different: serious injuries, operations, and just fatigue and loss of strength. It's hard to say what helped - apparently, some kind of inner core, willpower and desire to go further. And people - I have met many times those who motivated and gave strength with one piece of advice.

IN GENERAL I TRY TO EAT HEALTHY FOOD - but there are also fast food, and soda, and sweets. Although I scold myself for it. In recent years I have eaten very little meat, for some reason I don't feel like it.

I try to limit myself to sweets. This is completely unnecessary food and completely empty carbohydrates - I feel much better when there is little sugar in the diet and everything is in general balanced. I rarely drink alcohol.

Sleep is very important to me, seven to eight hours is a necessity for full recuperation.

Ideally, I would like to exercise every morning. and stop eating sweets altogether. It's hard to form this habit, but I try.

The best tips that I GOT: drink more water, get enough sleep and exercise. The body needs to be engaged constantly, it is not for nothing that they say that movement is life. I can't imagine myself without sports!

A month ago I turned thirty - some stage has been passed, there is something to think about, but inside I, it seems, have not changed over the past decade.

I really like to read and watch cartoons. When I want to be distracted, I watch my favorite films - even if I've seen it a thousand times, it still helps to relax.
