EVERY DAY ON THE INTERNET SOMETHING HAPPENS: someone releases clips, someone launches hashtags, someone says smart (or not so) things - and we focus on the most curious.
If you love videos about the friendship between dogs and cats (and who doesn't!), Be sure to watch the eight-minute cartoon "Kitbull", which has been uploaded to the public by Pixar studio. Unlike most of the studio's projects, this short is completely hand-drawn. The main characters of the story are a cautious and independent homeless kitten and a chained pit bull terrier who is bullied by the owner. These dissimilar creatures gradually open up to each other and find a common language, and then a new home where both of them will be taken care of - so get ready to touch and kiss your dog or cat, if they are nearby.
Kitbull, made by Rosana Sullivan and Katherine Hendrickson, is one of the short films that appeared as part of the SparkShort experimental program. The initiative allows Pixar employees to work on independent projects in any style, and then show them to the whole world. “As a child, I was very impressionable and shy, and it was very difficult for me to connect with other people and make friends,” says Sullivan. - I see myself in this kitten - before he never left his comfort zone and was afraid to be vulnerable.
