About Tbilisi

I recently turned thirty-one, and I can tell everyone who is afraid of this number - everything is cooler here than at twenty. Anyway, that's how it works for me. Several years ago, I left the position of PR-manager at the agency and started free swimming as an English tutor - partly because of this, I moved from Moscow to Tbilisi. If someone tries to convince you that the amount of sun does not affect your mood in any way, do not believe him! And the general Georgian relaxation, as opposed to the constant Moscow tension, takes over at some point. Here I can arrange my working day the way I want. In my free time, I write to the Telegram channel and take walks around Tbilisi for those who want to see the city from a non-touristy side.

About care and make-up

Like many others, my care system has changed over the years, because in different cities, places and states you and your body feel differently. The main rule, which does not change anywhere: always remove makeup before bed, even if you want to immediately fall face down in the pillow. For this I use micellar water, wash gel and toner. I never make a tragedy because I missed a stage, and I can leave the house with a “naked” face. I prefer minimal makeup: foundation or BB cream, highlighter, eyebrow mascara.

I love fabric and alginate masks. I have to be careful in choosing any cosmetics, since my skin is prone to allergies - in case of an unexpected reaction I carry a pharmacy cream with me. Before, I always did my own manicure, for me it was like meditation, but in the last few months I switched to shellac. I don't like sunbathing. Dark spots? No thanks. Besides, the tan does not fit well on my fair skin.

About smoking

A little over a year ago, I quit smoking. Before that, I had a decent experience - almost fourteen years. I was a social smoker, and all these trips to smoke with colleagues or acquaintances at parties helped to establish the necessary contacts. The first few weeks without cigarettes were a nightmare, but the support of friends brightened them up. I am sure that my body thanks me for this decision. I would also like to reduce the consumption of alcohol, but in the country of wine this is not yet possible.

About appearance

I think there is no such person on earth who would say: "I have always been happy with everything in my appearance." Anyway, this is definitely not me. But I am still stumped by compliments from the series: “Are you thirty-one? Wow, you look so good! " I would like to ask in response: “What should a person look like at thirty-one? Poorly?" In general, I think this praise is dubious.

At school, especially in the junior and middle grades, I was teased with "narrow-eyed", "big-eyed", "mare" and even "forehead" - many said that with "such a forehead" you should definitely wear bangs (unsolicited advice, hello!). There was only one mother's friend who always said that I had beautiful almond-shaped eyes. Probably, if not for her words, I would have perceived the attacks more painfully.

With the acceptance of my weight, I started having difficulties after returning to Russia from America. There it seemed to me that I had not recovered a bit, and the expanded standards of beauty supported me in this. Friends said: "Oh, you are so thin, you need to eat more."But the universal adoration of the XS size in my homeland brought me back to earth: when my biggest jeans were not buttoned on me, I just lay down on the floor and burst into tears. I have never been on a diet, and it took me a year and a half to return to my comfortable weight. Now I understand that I could have easily earned an RPP, and I am glad that this did not happen.
