FOR THE HEADING "WARDROBE" we photograph beautifully, distinctively or oddly dressed people wearing their favorite things and ask them to tell stories related to them. This week our heroine is Olga Sen, co-founder of the Embra Home brand and Pixies design studio.

When looking at the outfits collected here it may seem that I am a gloomy girl. This is not entirely true, although black is, indeed, often found in my wardrobe. I am for laconic solutions, but sometimes I choose bright unusual prints. I feel very comfortable in white or red. I like both graphic and, on the contrary, loose, flying outfits - in these you can spend time in the office, go to important meetings, and then be at a party - and feel natural everywhere. Once I made a rash act - I shot for a publication about our Pixies studio in a pink dress that was too feminine for me. Now I squint every time I see him in our advertisements or on our website. I feel completely inorganic in it.
As a teenager, I experimented with flashy makeup and high heels, but quickly ditched them in favor of dramatic looks with chokers, crop tops, platforms and rivets at the waist. Now I prefer a minimum of cosmetics and convenience, although I have retained my love of drama. Many people think that dresses are elegant, but uncomfortable and suitable only for certain occasions. I strongly disagree with this. For me, dresses are the perfect outfit. Firstly, you do not need to think over the combination of top and bottom for a long time, and secondly, they are often more comfortable than trousers, and it is also easy to choose the silhouette of a dress for different types of figures.
Previously, I bought all things on trips, clothes were an important part of travel. I loved the young local brands, I loved digging around in vintage shops. Now I prefer to buy, albeit sometimes unnecessarily expensive, but only those things that I really need and which I will not forget in a couple of weeks. I will not be able to wear clothes if I feel uncomfortable in them, even if from the outside it looks perfect. Fabric is important to me, so I try to choose only natural materials.
From early childhood I dreamed of sewing clothes. My sister and I had thick folders of paper, and every day we drew more and more costumes. Later I became a graphic designer, although I continued to be interested in style and fashion. We can say that now I have started to make that dream come true: at Embra we create our own clothes - this is a very interesting experience.
Embra Home Suit
These are linen items from my Embra Home brand. A completely natural image for me - in it I will feel comfortable in a variety of circumstances. On a chain I wear a ring that was once an engagement ring. I love that it looks a little occult and brings up fond memories.
I bought these earrings in the city of Cadiz, where there was a funny shop with jewelry - exact copies of jewelry from Ancient Egypt.
Comme des Garçons sweater, earrings -t
I love the thread sticking out of this sweater. Friends once said that I looked like the hero of "Game of Thrones" in him. In my opinion, this is a very funny thing, and it also looks like a sweater from my teenage period - only then it was some kind of acidic color.

Vest from Georgia, Embra Home dress, Love corporation bag, Seville sandals, Muji Panama
I'm trying to get used to the Muji Panama. I bought it in Hong Kong - there I felt comfortable in it, it protected me from bright sunlight. In Moscow, it is more difficult to motivate yourself to put it on. Hope for a hot summer.
A vest of a young Georgian designer, which I bought at Georgian Fashion Week during a trip to Tbilisi. Natural silk dress - experimental model by Embra Home. Until we have thought it through to the end, I hide it under my vest.
Bijouterie. I don't remember what brand it is, but I really love this bracelet.
Rick Owens Jacket, ASOS Dress, guy's bag, earrings of Russian designers
ASOS limited edition silk dress. The Rick Owens jacket is always paid attention - once I was even told that it looks like an Alien. This is probably the darkest thing in my wardrobe.
I borrowed the bag from my boyfriend, sometimes we change things. For example, he wears a coat that I bought myself, because it fits much better on it. I love the belt bags - they are comfortable and complement my outfits perfectly.
I bought it at an antique market in Buenos Aires. I love unusual antique jewelry very much, but I don't wear them very often - I just like to look at them. I especially love Zhukov.
Kaftan from Morocco, choker - at
I bought it in Marrakech. These are traditional clothes, only slightly more elegant. The caftan was expensive by local standards, but I was sure that I would really wear it.
I love this pearl choker very much. I don't know what kind of brand it is, they gave it to me for my friend's birthday - they made a surprise.

Comme des Garçons Black
Embra Home Dress, COS earrings, Seville sandals
Natural silk. For many, this dress could be an evening dress, but I wear it in everyday life.
I love these sandals very much - they are both comfortable and suitable for almost all my clothes. However, I would simplify their design, remove unnecessary details. I bought it in Seville when another couple broke abruptly during a walk.
Earrings from a very old COS collection. The corner of them broke off, but I continue to wear it. A friend called them a chandelier - I still did not understand if this was sarcasm or a compliment!
Copine Jewelry Pendant
Pendant on a long chain, Russian brand Copine Jewelry. They had it in gold, and I asked to keep the silver for myself.
Top & Pants - Embra Home
Here's my sudden love of cheeky prints. A flying silhouette and freedom of movement again. I usually wear it with very bright sneakers.
Russian brand earring
A minimalistic earring of some Russian designers is a spontaneous purchase, which I have never regretted.
Linda Farrow Bag, Vintage Earring
I rarely wear it: I like the bag itself, but it's not very comfortable with it. I bought it at Tsvetnoy.
I bought the jewelry at an antique market in Buenos Aires. I wear it as a mono earring, but I have no doubt that it used to have a pair.
Seoul Choker, Art Jewelry Earring
Choker bought in Seoul for ridiculous money. The earring was made by herself at the master class of the Art Jewelry brand. They not only make jewelry themselves, but also teach others how to make them.
Otocyon dress, Seville sandals
Supercomfortable dress of the Russian brand. This plunging neckline should be on the back as conceived by the authors, but I like the way it looks from the front.
