FOR THE HEADING "WARDROBE" we photograph beautifully, distinctively or oddly dressed people wearing their favorite things and ask them to tell stories related to them. This week our heroine is the artist Victoria Kosheleva.

my advice to parents: never forbid a child to wear what he wants. Otherwise, at some point, the spring will be unclenched.
All friends and acquaintances know that you can't go to my birthday party without a suit. The passion to change comes from childhood, although then I was forbidden to do it. Our neighbors from above were actors of the Theater of Satire, and from below - opera singers. I often observed the metamorphosis of the tenants on the staircase: the wobbly rising neighbor Anatoly in women's clothes, a wig and heels, his friends with false noses and masks. I did not enter at all, why do they do it, but I liked it all terribly.
It all started with the Vampire Ball party, when we saw off the last day of summer. All the friends were gorgeous - powdered, with flies, velvet gloves, bibs - it's a pity, they don't always go like that. Then there was "Successful Old Age", "White", "Gothic" and others. In short, at some point I realized that my wardrobe does not consist of clothes, but of props for the holidays. My superman is always happy to dress up with me and go out like that, so not a single pipe lies idle.

Opening Ceremony Vest, Simone Rocha Pants, Jacquemus Shoes, Hat Fernández y Roche, P.Y.E glasses
This is the image of a Spanish shepherdess or shepherdess. Unisex bow, very relevant in our time. The husband can dress in the same way, and we will look great. I bought a boater hat in Spain. Well, how else - to be in Spain and not buy such a hat?
The sheep is our companion in the registry office, we took her with us when we signed. We were forced to leave her outside the door, but we won, so she saw everything. In general, I brought her from Normandy about five years ago - so she is such a Russified foreigner.
Porcelain eyes
from Rajasthan
They are used to spiritualize stones.

Jacket from Tokyo, Evisu jeans, adidas by Raf Simons Detroit Runner sneakers,t radio, Decathlon glasses
Another unisex bow is called the Happy Alpine Skier. I am very lucky that my lover and I have the same foot size and we even wear shoes in turn.
The jeans were bought at the Evisu store in Tokyo - this is an unreal place where they can customize jeans as they like: draw a logo in any color on the whole bottom, sew on, alter, print. Everything looks no worse than shodo - Japanese calligraphy. They're just as indestructible as real jeans should be. The jacket was bought at a thrift store in the Aoyama quarter of Minato district. We also wear it for two. In Japan, just crazy secondhand. (♡ ´౪` ♡)
The radio is an important gift for me from my beloved couple Dasha and Styopa. Dasha is my muse and the creative future of Russia. Styopa is a respected and well-known musician from the Zalpom group. If I have any problems, they are always on the line.
Bazaar bag, vintage bags
from Rome and Milan

Second-hand raincoat, Dries Van Noten pants, Camper shoes, Granny's bag, P.Y.E glasses, bowler hat - handmade
A tribute to the twins from The Matrix. According to the plot of the film, they can pass through objects and lead a semi-ghostly existence. That in the film they speak with a British accent, I emphasized with the help of an English raincoat and bowler hat.
Dries Van Noten blouse, mens kimono
from Tokyo, Linda Farrow glasses, shoes N ° 21
These shoes can only be worn in front of a mirror, but the feathers on them are just a carnival.

Dress from India, handbag from the village in Muscat, slippers from the Moroccan market
This is the 30th birthday outfit I celebrated in Kerala. My close friends and I decided to repeat the story of the heroes of the "Train to Darjeeling" and went on a journey, as many years ago. Starting from different points of the earth, we met in one - India - and rode twelve days together. I love my girlfriends.

Athletic uniform and bag - Decathlon, dress from New York
I love this dress very much - I think it is about seven years old, but it still looks cool. I love things that are timeless.
When I lived in New York, I wanted to become an actress and chose my wardrobe in advance to go out on the red carpet. The manicurist taught me this rule: "Buy a brooch, and the coat will appear." I may have taken this parting word too literally. I was not on the carpet (and thank God), but the dress remained as a reminder of one of the most turning points in my life. The shoes are also very ancient, but despite the kilometer-long heel, they are very comfortable.
P.Y.E glasses
Almost all glasses are P.Y.E. optics. I'm a fan of the guys.

MM6 Maison Margiela coat, H&M trousers, Marc Jacobs shoes, jewelry -t, P.Y.E glasses
This bow is called "Snow Maiden", cold outside and fiery inside. The decoration is a touching gift from an admirer of my work, I imagine that these are ice cubes.
