FOR THE HEADING "WARDROBE" we photograph beautifully, distinctively or oddly dressed people wearing their favorite things and ask them to tell stories related to them. This week our heroine is the founder of 22:22 Store Anya Gladkikh.

There were no creative people in my family - I grew up among hereditary engineers, so instead of the Burda magazine, we had collections of problems in mathematics by Scanavi at home. I have always been taught to be practical about clothes, while my parents have great taste, including in music and cinema. When I was thirteen years old, my dad gave me a Garbage CD (I still love it very much!), Whose image I, of course, instantly licked. Then there were several years of fascination with subcultural styles - from piercings, pants torn at the knees and total black looks to shorts and a cap, like everyone else in a hardcore party, and then to indie shirts with peas and bows. It seems that my appearance is somewhere there and stuck, it's just that conventionally grown-ups and basic things sometimes interfere with it.
I'd love to dress like Villanelle from Killing Eve, but I'm an entrepreneur with a dog - I often have to run around town, sometimes taking my dog with me, and ruffles and shuttlecocks wrinkle and collect wool. I have been working with social projects for several years and I know the value of money in families where the cost of a Maison Margiela sweatshirt can provide a person with medicines for several months. So I can spend a lot on a gadget or a bag, but I won't be able to buy a skirt for fifty thousand. After several more years of work in glossy journalism, the world of haute couture generally seems cruel and empty to me. There are too many things in the world, and I don't understand the cult around them. To be honest, what I like the most is people who wear clothes that don't distract much from their personality.
I don't like second hand because I don't like the smell, but I love swaps. My husband and I never throw away our clothes - it is important for me that all things find new owners.
Maison Kitsuné shirt, Uniqlo T-shirt, & Other Stories jeans, Danse Lente bag, Vagabond loafers
Rarely do I fall in love with things as much as I fell in love with this shirt. She's from the Street Pie store. Favorite item in the wardrobe.
Jacket and sweater - Arket, Levi's jeans, Blundstone boots, husband's hat, bag from The Harry Potter Shop in London
This is how I look when I'm running around town on business or walking my dog. The hat is the only one of all that looks good with bangs and does not spoil its styling. In addition, it really warms, so I had to steal from my husband.
Parcel earrings (small), Qari Qri s (large), bracelet

Dress & Other Stories, Danse Lente bag, The Allegorie Cossacks
I have a lot of such dresses. This is what I love most of all for the witch's black bow and the accentuated waist. Cossacks are at from the talented founder of The Allegorie brand, I have not taken pictures recently.
Arket dress, Muji bucket hat, Blundstone boots
I brought Panama from my last trip to Hong Kong - I wear it in the rain and when I want comfort. Friends joke that I'm like Paddington in her. The dresses in my closet are more than anything else, I like that you don't have to go top to bottom.
Perfume Maison Margiela Replica By the Fireplace, & Other Stories Sicilian Sunrise
Perfume Maison Margiela Replica By the Fireplace - for four years now I have been returning only to them, even if I temporarily change them for something.
Coat & Other Stories, Parcel dress, Theory bag, The Allegorie Cossacks
This is my favorite coat - it looks equally cool with jeans and a dress. Adds rigor to any image.
Lime jacket, Studio 29 dress, Theory bag, Vagabond ankle boots
I accidentally found this jacket at a sale for a penny - it goes well with everything. Most often I wear it this way or just with a white T-shirt. I bought the bag for my wedding dress, and it very successfully migrated to my everyday wardrobe. In this image, I feel like an Auror on the way to the Ministry of Magic.
Mango earrings, pendant - jewelry store "Twelve", wedding ring
On the back it is written in Spanish: "Everything you can imagine is reality."
Parcel cloak, Pe for Girls dress, Portal sandals;
rings: with the moon Ms. Marble, Arha Jewelry seals, on the little finger Qari Qris, wedding - 48
My most versatile image in the warm season: a raincoat, dress and sandals. I bought the dress just before the most romantic date with my husband, when we kissed for the first time. Since then, for me, this is the happiest dress I wear on important days.
I bought a scarf on the Isle of Skye, it is made of wool from local sheep, very warm.
