- Green jelly - 1 p.
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Banana - 1-2 pcs.

- Gelatin - 10 g

Step-by-step preparation of multi-layered New Year's jelly in a glass
1. Before making a multi-layer jelly, dilute the green and red powder in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. If you wish, then red jelly can be made from natural cherry or strawberry juice and gelatin, and for green jelly, use apple or lemon juice and a little food coloring.
2. This recipe for multilayer jelly with a photo for the New Year provides for the addition of a banana to the white mass to enhance the taste. If desired, it can be replaced with vanilla essence. Banana can be pre-mash with a fork, or place it along with sour cream and sugar in a blender and beat until smooth.
