  • Butter - 200 g
  • Sugar - 170 g

1. Before making the Sundae cake without baking, let's make a cream. To do this, combine 100 g of sugar, eggs and starch in a deep container.

2. Use a blender for whipping. We start to work at low revs, gradually increasing the speed. If the sugar has not dissolved within 7 minutes, then leave it for 5 minutes and continue to beat until smooth.

When the cream becomes thicker, but does not boil yet, remove from heat and leave to cool on the table. Then whisk with 50 g of chilled butter to improve the taste and make the consistency more pliable and tender.

5. Using a grater, rub 150 g of butter for the dough. Add 70 g of sugar and sifted flour to it. Rub with your fingers until crumbs are obtained.

6. Fry the resulting mass in a dry frying pan until golden brown.
