Spiced ginger honey tea can be made with fresh ginger root or dry ground powder made with your own hands. Lemon will also work fresh or just the zest of the fruit, which can be dried or freshly cut. For spices, take those spices that you like the most. It can be cinnamon, cardamom, anise, allspice, cloves, etc. All these products are known for their healing substances, especially during periods of high risk of colds. This drink strengthens the immune system, relieves stress and headaches, increases the tone of the body and acts like coffee. In addition, the ginger added to the drink acts as an excellent means for losing weight, because it improves and speeds up the metabolism.
I pay special attention to honey. In order for it to replenish the body with all its healing substances, it should be added to an already cooled drink up to 80 degrees. Honey should not be put in boiling water, otherwise it will lose all its benefits.
