For spices, take those spices that you like the most. It can be cinnamon, cardamom, anise, allspice, cloves, etc. All these products are known for their healing substances, especially during periods of high risk of colds. This drink strengthens the immune system, relieves stress and headaches, increases the tone of the body and acts like coffee. In addition, the ginger added to the drink acts as an excellent means for losing weight, because it improves and speeds up the metabolism.

  • Lemon - 1 round wedge or 0.5 tsp zest

  • Cinnamon - 2-3 sticks
  • Honey - 1 tsp
  • Cardamom - 3 grains

1. Wash the lemon and pat dry with a paper towel. Slice it into rings or squeeze juice out of it and place in a mug.
