1. First, peel all vegetables, wash under running water and chop. Small cubes of potatoes, carrots with strips, chop the celery root, and leave the onion whole.

2. Fill a saucepan with clean cold water (approximately 2 liters) and place on the stove. When it boils, toss in the chopped vegetables. Add the whole onion, it is necessary exclusively for the richness of the broth. When the soup is ready, it will need to be caught and thrown away. You can do the same with celery root, but if you like the taste, you can chop it finely and leave it in the soup.

3. Prepare minced meat in advance, add egg and season to taste with spices. You can use chicken fillet with pork.
