I propose a recipe for summer pancakes with a completely new and interesting taste. They are extraordinarily tender thanks to yoghurt, and aromatic - from fresh and refreshing strawberries. Like any pancakes, these are prepared very simply, quickly and from affordable products. Any novice cook and an inexperienced housewife can handle them. They are perfect for Sunday lunch, family breakfast, afternoon tea and dessert. Absolutely everyone loves them, but they are especially popular with children. Serve them deliciously garnished with berries and sprinkled with sour cream, jam, jam or honey, and it is better to use warm - hot, hot with tea or coffee. Naturally, instead of yogurt, you can use any other fermented milk products: kefir, fermented baked milk, yogurt, whey, sour cream … pancakes will still be delicious.
The pancakes are moderately lush thanks to soda, which can be replaced with yeast. However, then the cooking time will increase. It is better to cut the strawberries into medium pieces. Since if the berries are cut into small pieces, then while frying the pancakes, juice will flow out of them, from which the oil will begin to shoot and hiss. If you want to chop the strawberries very finely, then it is better to turn them into a homogeneous puree. In addition, instead of strawberries, you can use other berries: apricots, cherries, cherries, strawberries, currants, blueberries. In the fall, take seasonal fruits: apples, peaches, plums, pears. For the winter version, frozen berries and fruits are suitable.

- Sugar - 2-3 tablespoons

Step by step cooking with strawberry yogurt pancakes, recipe with photo:
1. Pour flour into a mixing bowl. Sift it through a fine sieve if desired to enrich it with oxygen. Then the pancakes will be more tender and fluffy.
2. Add a pinch of salt to the flour, add baking soda and sugar and pour in room temperature yogurt. Since the yogurt needs time to warm up, remove it from the refrigerator well in advance.
3. Add eggs with vegetable oil and a whisk or blender to the dough, mix well until smooth and smooth, so that there is not a single lump.
4. Wash the strawberries, dry, cut off the tail, cut into medium pieces and send to the dough.
5. Put the pan on the stove, add some vegetable oil and heat well. Spoon the dough into a skillet with a tablespoon and cook the pancakes over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
6. Flip the strawberry yogurt pancakes to the other side and cook until tender, until golden. Serve them hot right after cooking.
