What are the benefits of vinegar for hair?
Vinegar will only benefit your hair if you use it correctly and follow all proportions and precautions. This product contains substances such as magnesium, iron, potassium, calcium, sodium, enzymes and amino acids. They are useful for both hair and the entire human body.
Calcium contains unique enzymes that are responsible for hair growth and overall health. However, it is necessary to take into account the fact that as a result of an overabundance of this substance, hair fragility may begin, and a deficiency leads to dryness and loss.
Sodium and potassium are responsible for the alkaline-acid balance, while they affect the brightness of the color and strength of the hair. Hair rinse vinegar
Many years ago it was noticed that vinegar has a miraculous effect on hair. However, this can only be achieved if it is used regularly to rinse the strands. After all, before it was not possible to use cosmetic balms and conditioners, which today are presented in a wide range on store shelves.
It is very difficult to comb long hair after washing, because it can be very tangled, especially when there is a problem of fragility. If it was decided to use vinegar to rinse the curls, you must adhere to the correct proportion:
- for the care of normal hair type, apple cider vinegar is mixed with water in a ratio of 1: 2;
- for rinsing oily hair, you need to make a stronger solution.
Instead of water, it is recommended to add a decoction of nettle, so you can quickly get rid of dandruff and restore an attractive shine to your hair. It must also be remembered that when using vinegar to rinse hair, the measure must be followed. If you are in doubt about the correct proportion, it is best to add less vinegar, otherwise you can seriously burn your scalp and dry your hair.
