A wonderful dessert for summer - delicious, low-fat, cool jelly! This recipe is extremely simple - it only contains 4-5 ingredients. Depending on the size of the company, the number of products can be decreased or increased.

Ingredients:
- Sour cream - 300 ml
- Granulated sugar - 200 g
- Gelatin - 30 g
- Hot water - 300 ml
- Cocoa powder - 1-2 tsp
The process of making dessert jelly "Smetanka":
1. We read the instructions "how to dissolve gelatin" on the package of the gelatin you bought. On what I bought, it is written: "pour hot boiled water." 2. Fill the sugar with sour cream. I use 21% or 25% fat. Mix with a whisk. This must be done in several approaches so that the sugar grains completely melt.
3. Cool the water with gelatin to 25 - maximum 30 degrees. Slowly pour this liquid into the sour cream mixture. Stir until smooth.
4. Pour the sour cream mass into molds. I used 2 salad bowls and 1 glass. But you can make 5 small servings from these foods. Five kids will definitely have enough. 5. We send the molds to the refrigerator for 1, 5 hours. 6. If you like the chocolate flavor, separate part of the mixture and add 1-2 teaspoons of cocoa powder. Stir. First, pour the white jelly into the molds, let it harden (1 hour), then pour in the brown one. The second layer hardens faster (30-40 minutes).
