Everything is not so and everything is annoying … But my heart is so bad that I don’t want to see or hear anyone. Such irritability can simply shake even the strongest nerves. How to deal with it? Who among us has never been irritable? Surely everyone complained that everyone and everything annoyed him. And if a person admits that he did not feel irritated, then he is complaining at all and shares his problem with someone.

Irritability is inherent in everyone, regardless of education, character, gender, upbringing. Sometimes irritation begins to grow even to a loved one, to the environment, friends and the whole world.

Despite the fact that everyone knows about their irritability, not everyone understands the sources of its occurrence. You need to dig deeper. To figure out what prevents you from living in peace: maybe you should get a good night's sleep or go to a new job? Maybe you should make some important decisions in your life so that you no longer waste your nerves? In any case, you need to act deliberately, and not swallow sedative tablets and anti-irritant drops, as many do.

Why does irritation occur?

The reason for the occurrence of such an unpleasant state is associated with obstacles on the way to a certain goal. Take a closer look at yourself! Why are you getting annoyed? Because this is your reaction to a hindrance, an obstacle. For example, you really want to get something or achieve a certain situation, but there was no such thing. On the way, as always, there are obstacles - people or events, and here it is, the expected irritation. No, they are not to blame, just such a specific situation has developed that you cannot change.

Let's think differently. If every person was so fantastically lucky and everything was given without difficulty, then there would be no point in working and developing at all. With each step, filled with difficulties and hardships, we become better and more confident in ourselves and steadfastly hold back the blows of fate. Despite the irritation and emotions that pour out the accumulated negative energy.

How to deal with irritation?

  1. Accept that there are some things that you cannot change, no matter how hard you try. Understand that not everything in this world is controllable. Sometimes your opinion cannot change anything. After you realize that you have in vain ruined your mood and those around you, then you immediately no longer want to arrange all this.
  2. Do not demand more from others than possible. Perceive people with all their disadvantages and disadvantages. You should not try to "break" the characters and qualities of people in order to make them the way you want them to be. Is all this worth it for you to waste your health?
  3. At the first sign of irritation, immediately think about what all this can lead to. Discontent will begin first, and then anger. Outbursts of anger will necessarily be followed by insults, reproaches and quarrels. Is all this really worth it to spoil yourself and those around you?
  4. Look at yourself from the outside. Usually, irritated people look ridiculous: they start screaming, waving their hands, insulting others. Isn't it better to be a calm, smiling and benevolent person in order to feel great and this "recharge" loved ones.
  5. If a conflict situation has occurred with you, then find comical moments in it, and there will always be such. Well, everything cannot be so gloomy and ridiculous!
  6. Nothing in this world is perfect, so you should perceive our life as a white stripe with black stripes. If something goes wrong, don't get angry and hysterical right away. Better to solve problems calmly and judiciously.
  7. Sometimes it is better to ignore the situation, let the one with whom you are in conflict, better express everything, calm down and start talking calmly. Sometimes "faked indifference" can be a salvation for nerves, so that later, as everything settles down, calmly proceed to solving problem situations, sensibly assessing someone else's criticism.
