An easy-to-cook and stomach-friendly dish for seafood lovers is a salad with shrimp, cabbage, cheese and eggs. Shrimps will add freshness and brightness to the salad, lightness and freshness. Such a dish will be an excellent addition to dinner or completely replace it and become an independent dish. And since shrimps are not a budget product, dishes with them will become a decoration of any festive table. Therefore, the recipe for food is useful not only on weekdays, but also on holidays.
Soy sauce is used as a dressing. But if you want to improve the taste of the dish, you can make a difficult component dressing from mustard, soy sauce, lemon juice, wine vinegar, spices and spices. Mayonnaise is also perfect on its own or diluted with sour cream, garlic and dill.
For salad, it is preferable to buy raw, unpeeled shrimp so that the taste of the finished treat is brighter. However, you can rarely buy such in our country, so boiled-frozen shrimps in shells or peeled are suitable for a recipe, or use canned shrimps in a jar. When buying unpeeled shrimp, keep in mind that 1/3 of the weight will go to the shell.

- White cabbage - 200 g
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon for refueling
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Salt - a pinch if needed
- Basil - a few twigs
- Processed cheese - 100 g
- Parsley - a few twigs
- Boiled-frozen shrimps - 150-200 g
Step by step cooking salad with shrimp, cabbage, cheese and eggs, recipe with photo:
1. Since the shrimps in the recipe are cooked-frozen, they do not require re-cooking. Therefore, to defrost them, fill the seafood with water at room temperature and leave for a short time. They will thaw very quickly.
2. Cut the processed cheese into medium-sized cubes. If cheese crushes and breaks when slicing, soak it in the freezer for a short time. It will freeze a little and will be easier to cut.
3. Boil eggs beforehand. To do this, put them in a saucepan with ice water and boil. Reduce heat to low setting and simmer for 8 minutes. Then fill them with ice water to keep them cool and easier to peel. Cut the chilled peeled eggs into medium-sized cubes.
4. Wash the cabbage, dry it and chop it into thin strips.
5. Wash basil and parsley greens, dry and chop finely.
6. When the shrimps are thawed, peel them off and cut off the head.
7. Place all food in a deep salad bowl.
8. Season the salad with soy sauce and stir the food. Then taste it and season with salt if necessary. However, salt may not be required because the salinity of the soy sauce will suffice.
Serve the prepared salad with shrimps, cabbage, cheese and eggs after cooking. You can chill it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving.
