- Red fish - 150 g
- Processed cheese - 100 g
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Walnuts - 4 pcs.
- Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - for dressing
- Salt to taste
Cooking Salad with Light Salted Red Fish and Walnuts
1. Cut the red fish and cream cheese into equal sized cubes. You can cut them into absolutely any shape that you like best: cubes, straws or bars.
2. Boil the egg hard-boiled for about 10 minutes and chill in cold water, then it will be easier to peel. When the egg is peeled, cut it into large slices.
3. Peel the walnuts with a nutcracker and break the kernels into medium-sized slices.
4. Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl and add the sesame seeds.
5. Season salad with salt, squeezed lemon juice, soy sauce and olive oil. Mix everything well, put in a salad bowl and serve the dish to the table.
