Step by step preparation of bruschetta with sausage, cheese and poached, recipe with photo:
1. Boil a poached egg. This can be done in several ways: in a bag, in a double boiler, in a steam bath, in the classical way or in the microwave. I prefer the latter because it is the simplest and fastest. To do this, fill a cup with water, add a pinch of salt and gently release the egg so that the yolk remains intact.
2. Send the eggs to the microwave and cook at 850 kW for 1 minute. Then remove the cup from the appliance and drain the hot water. If the egg is in it, then the hot temperature will continue to cook, from which the yolk can boil, instead of being liquid.
3. Cut the bread into slices about 1 cm thick and dry in a clean, dry frying pan until crisp. It can also be cooked in toast or oven.
4. Peel the sausage from the packaging film and cut into thin rings, and the cheese into thin slices.
5. Place the sausage rings on the dried bread.
6. Top with slices of cheese.
7. Place the sandwich on a plate and microwave.
8. Cook the snack for 40-50 seconds at 850 kW to melt the cheese a little.
9. Put the poached egg on the finished bruschetta with sausage and cheese and serve immediately. Since it is not customary to cook hot sandwiches for the future. Such a snack is not only a great option for breakfast, but also for a snack during the day and a hearty dinner.
