Ingredients:

- Garlic - 1 clove

Cooking stuffed eggs with herring under a fur coat
1. Wash the beets and boil until tender, about 2 hours. Then cool it completely. To make the cooking process faster, prepare it in advance, for example, in the evening. Then peel it and grate it on a medium grater. Do not use a large grater, otherwise the appetizer will look rough and ugly. Add garlic passed through a press to the pumpkin mass and pour mayonnaise. Add a little mayonnaise so that the filling does not fall out of the eggs.
2. Wash the eggs, put them in a saucepan, fill them with drinking water and boil them hard, about 8-10 minutes. Then place them in ice cold water so they can be easily cleaned and the whites remain tidy. Then peel them from the shell, carefully cut in half and remove the yolks, which put them on the beets and mash with a fork.
3. Stir the beet filling well.
4. Fill the squirrels with beets, making a small slide.
5. Peel the herring from the film, cut off the head and tail and remove the entrails. Divide the fish into two fillets, remove the ridge and wash it under running water. Remove the inner black film and cut into portions and place on top of the stuffed eggs. If you do not want to deal with peeling herring, then buy it in a jar, already peeled and chopped.
6. Put the stuffed eggs on a nice flat dish and serve the appetizer to the table. Before serving, you can sprinkle it with chopped herbs.
