I think many people have heard the proverb “they don’t order a good meal, they just guess”. That is, in a different way we can say that successful gatherings with a friendly company are only spontaneous, when you do not plan them at all. But after the guests suddenly arriving, there comes a very urgent task - "how to surprise and what to treat?" In this case, I help you with delicious, hearty and delicious recipes in a hurry. And snacks on chips, as they say "all in one" - unusual, fast, tasty and relatively cheap. At the same time, you don't even have to run to the store for chips, because you can cook them yourself at home. In addition, fillers can be completely varied, everything that is in your refrigerator.
Today I used the most ordinary Jewish salad made from cheese, garlic and mayonnaise for chips. However, you can make fillings from seafood, mushrooms, vegetables, fruit, meat, with red caviar and fish, and, in principle, absolutely anything, even put a banal Olivier salad. In addition, such a snack will be convenient on an outing and picnic. The filling was prepared at home and put in pans, and the chips were prepared or bought like "Lays" or "Pringles", and when they arrived in nature, they just arranged an appetizer.
However, there is one nuance in the preparation of this dish. Potato semi-finished product should be greased only before serving a snack to guests. As the chips absorb moisture quickly, they will lose their crunchy properties.
