But today I want to tell you a rather unusual recipe for syrniki with pumpkin, orange and bran. This combination of products gives an amazing result that will satisfy everyone.

In such a dish, you can wonderfully disguise the taste of pumpkin, which for some reason children do not really like. Due to the orange, citrus notes will prevail in the cheese pancakes, which, unlike the bright orange fruit, are loved by all the kids. I also note that if for some reason you cannot eat fried, then you can bake cheese cakes in the oven. It is advisable to serve such a delicacy in the morning. After all, it is always a pleasure to start the day with a delicious, aromatic and vitamin-enriched breakfast, which is full of a double portion of nutrients.

  • Sugar - 2 tablespoons or to taste
  • Salt - a pinch

1. Peel the pumpkin from the thick peel, remove the seeds, cut into pieces, cover with water and cook for 20 minutes until soft, which can be checked with a puncture of a knife. Then drain the water into a bowl to use for another dish: pancakes, stews, soup, etc. Cool the pumpkin pulp and mash it with the best or a blender. Such pumpkin puree can be prepared in advance and kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, and, if necessary, used for any dishes.

2. Put the curd in a bowl for kneading the dough, add semolina, salt, sugar and bran.
