With the onset of warm days, ice cream is becoming a particularly popular dessert. Nothing is more refreshing than a favorite childhood treat. Many are skeptical about homemade ice cream, but it turns out to be very tasty, and most importantly natural and made from quality products. And the recipe described below is in no way inferior to the factory one in taste, but, on the contrary, is hundreds of times superior to it. And therefore, from the bottom of my heart, I advise everyone to make this delicacy at home. It is a pleasure, both to prepare and to use. In addition, it takes very little time to cook. And no matter how expensive and high-quality industrial ice cream is, it will still be inferior to a homemade delicacy.
This recipe can be taken as a basis. Because if you don't add peanuts, you get classic vanilla ice cream. But I decided to experiment and made it with peanuts. It turned out to be a fairly successful experiment. Taking the cooking technology as a basis, you can further add any products. For example, chocolate chips, raisins, bananas, nuts, coconut, etc. Any ice cream will turn out to be extremely tasty.
