  • Black currant - 300 g
  • Sour cream - 300 g
  • Sugar - 5 tbsp. l.

The first step is to prepare the black currant berries. Fill them with plenty of water and let stand for 2-3 minutes. All dust and dirt will go away from them. Now we overturn the berries in a colander and rinse under running water. Let's sort out the berries from the debris (leaves and twigs).

Grind the berries with an immersion blender or grind through a sieve, but before that, simmer them so that they crack and give juice.
