Step-by-step cooking of zucchini and eggplant pizza in the oven:
1. Washed zucchini with blue ones, cut into 5 cm rings.

5. Then fry the zucchini rings.
6. Pick up a baking dish, I have a cast iron pan. Put the fried zucchini with eggplant in it, sprinkle them with cheese. Cheese serves as a link between foods to keep the pizza cooked well.
7. Then distribute the slices of sausage, which sprinkle with cheese.
8. Arrange the tomatoes and sprinkle generously with cheese shavings. Heat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the pizza for 10-15 minutes to melt the cheese. Cool the finished product slightly so as not to burn, cut into portions and serve.
