Pumpkin jelly is an unusual dessert that will appeal to even those who do not have warm feelings for pumpkin. Trust us, we have verified this fact. At the party, they offered to try something new with their eyes closed. And of all those present, only two people said that they did not like it. The rest (11 people) liked the jelly so much that they demanded supplements, even realizing that it was from a pumpkin they did not love.
You can also make such jelly for the Halloween holiday. You can decorate it with a cobweb made of chocolate or "jelly" worms. It will be delicious and in the style of the holiday.

Ingredients:
- Pumpkin of nutmeg varieties (peeled) - 350 g
- Gelatin - 12 g
- Sugar to taste
- Cinnamon and ground nutmeg - 1/2 tsp each.

Step-by-step recipe for making pumpkin jelly with cinnamon
1. First of all, pour 50 ml of water over the gelatin. You can pour it later, with cooled pumpkin broth. The gelatin should swell well.
2. We have indicated in the ingredients butternut squash - these are the most delicious, sweet and juicy pumpkins. Cut the pumpkin into slices, clean from seeds and skins. The seeds can be dried in the oven and garnished with them in the finished jelly. Cut the pumpkin into pieces to make it easier to cook. Fold in a saucepan and fill with water so that it covers the pieces.
3. Cook the pumpkin until soft - 10-15 minutes. Depends on the variety. How to check readiness? Pierce a piece of pumpkin with a fork or knife, if it pierces easily and even falls apart, the pumpkin is ready.
4. Puree the vegetable with a hand blender. You can grind through a fine sieve.
Add sugar and spices. Stir and taste. If tasty, add gelatin and once again break through the mass with a blender.
5. Pour the mass into bowls or bowls or portioned cups. We wait until the jelly cools down and hide in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until it solidifies completely.
6. Serve the finished pumpkin jelly chilled.
