Ingredients:
- Chicken wings - 4 pcs.
- Spaghetti - 200 g
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Bay leaf - 2 pcs.
- Allspice peas - 4 pcs.
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Greens - a small bunch
- Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
Cooking Light Chicken Spaghetti Soup:
1. Wash the chicken wings under running water, remove the feathers, if they remain, put them in a cooking pot, fill them with water and put them on the stove to cook.
2. Bring the wings to a boil and drain immediately.
3. Wash and place in a clean saucepan. Add the peeled garlic onion, bay leaf and peppercorns.
4. Pour in clean water and cook after boiling over low heat for about half an hour. If foam forms, then remove it so that the broth is clean.
5. After that, remove the boiled onion with garlic, peppercorns and lavrushka leaves from the soup.
6. Put the spaghetti in the boiling broth. If you wish, you can break them into smaller pieces.
7. Turn on high heat and bring to a boil, then lower the temperature and cook the soup exactly one minute less than the indicated pasta cooking time. Because in hot broth, they will come to readiness.
8. At the end of cooking, season the soup with salt, ground pepper and herbs. Stir and simmer for 1 minute.
9. Remove the finished soup from the stove, leave to brew for 15-20 minutes and pour into bowls. Serving it to the table, you can add a soft-boiled or hard boiled egg to each serving.
