How to make bell peppers stuffed with cheese
1. Grate the melted cheese on a medium grater. To make it easier to rub, keep it in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
2. Boil the egg hard-boiled, about 8 minutes, and chill well. To boil it, immerse the egg in cold water, otherwise it may crack. Since the cooking and cooling time will take at least half an hour, you can prepare it in advance. After that, peel and grate the eggs on a fine or medium grater.
3. Remove the husk from the garlic and pass through a press.
4. Pour mayonnaise into the products.
5. Stir the mixture well. The most important thing here is that it is dense, not soft. Otherwise, the mixture will fall out of the snack. For this, do not overdo it with mayonnaise. Add it on a spoon, constantly kneading the mass.
6. Wash the bell peppers and cut off the tail. Remove seeds from its cavity and cut off partitions.
7. Fill the pepper tightly with the cheese mass. Send the pepper to the refrigerator to freeze a little. Then it will become harder.
8. After half an hour, cut the stuffed peppers into rings, put them on a flat dish and serve.
