The best way to quickly cheer you up is to eat something sweet and tasty. One of the favorite culinary recipes for many housewives is the mannik cake. It is prepared quickly and easily, it turns out to be airy, tasty, and most importantly healthy. The recipe is simple, the components are not expensive, and a special highlight of today's product will be cherries, which, if desired, can be pre-soaked in cognac or liqueur. Men especially love this spicy note. However, if you are going to treat kids with a product, then limit yourself to berries alone without the use of alcoholic beverages.
The combination of chocolate and cherry is classic and traditional. Such a duet is used for making desserts in many cuisines of the world. And what is good about this recipe is the versatility, because the base is kneaded with sour cream, kefir, milk, sour yogurt, etc. This is very convenient because a recipe can always be whipped up, especially if guests are already on the doorstep, and complex products for sweet masterpieces are not available.
I also note that you can cook chocolate manna not only in one large form, but also in small muffin tins, then you get a portioned dessert. This is very convenient when preparing treats for children in kindergarten or for colleagues at work.
