The most important thing in that salad - we will prepare its dressing on the basis of olive oil with the addition of balsamic vinegar and lemon juice. The mustard beans, also added to the sauce, will add a special zest to the salad. For the salad, we will choose vegetables of different colors: orange carrots, yellow and red bell peppers, and parsley. Ingredients:
- Red cabbage - 0.5 fork
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Sweet pepper - 1-2 pcs.
- Parsley greens - 1 bunch.
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp l.

- Balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp l.

Step by step preparation of red cabbage salad:
