Ingredients:
- White cabbage - 200 g
- Chicken fillet - 1 half
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Mayonnaise - 50 g
- Vegetable oil - 10 ml

Finely chop the cabbage. If it is very tough, add a little salt to it and remember with your hands. This simple trick will make any cabbage very soft.
Boil the chicken fillet until tender. Let's let it cool down. Let's cut or disassemble it by hand into small pieces.
Beat the eggs with a fork until smooth, adding a little water or milk. Don't forget to salt!
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and pour part of the egg mass. Fry an egg pancake on both sides until crispy.
Cut the cooled pancakes into strips.
