The Chinese cabbage salad with egg pancakes, which we are going to share with you, is one of the salads that guests eat first, and this is not without reason for several reasons. Firstly, the products that make up this snack (chicken, eggs, Chinese cabbage) are loved by everyone, because they are often used in various dishes. Secondly, the lacy pekingi leaves and apple make the salad light, fresh and very tender. And finally, eggs will not be needed boiled, as is often the case in salads, but in the form of pancakes, so the salad also brings aesthetic pleasure to those who have it in the plate.

- Chicken fillet - 300 g
- Peking cabbage - 300-400 g
- Chicken eggs - 2-3 pcs.

- Mayonnaise - 100 g

Step-by-step preparation of Chinese cabbage salad with egg pancakes
1. Wash apples, peel, remove cores and cut into small pieces. Sprinkle them with lemon juice so that they do not darken and mix so that they are covered with it on all sides.
2. Cut the fillet pieces washed under running water and dried with a towel into small cubes, not forgetting to remove the skin. Fry until golden brown, stirring constantly over medium heat. 7-10 minutes in the pan is enough for the meat to cook well and not dry out.
3. Break the eggs into a bowl, add salt, pepper and a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise, beat with a whisk until light foam, like an omelette.
4. In a well-heated and oiled skillet, bake egg pancakes. Pour half of the ladle onto the surface, turning the pan, distribute, fry like an omelet. The pancakes will not tear or stick in a good skillet, so you can fry them on both sides.
5. Roll each pancake and cut. You should get cute snails. You can cut the egg pancakes into strips.
6. For Chinese cabbage, remove the top damaged or dirty leaves. Cut the head of cabbage lengthwise several times, and then cut into small cubes.
7. Add fried chicken fillet and apples to the cabbage. Leave some of the egg snails for decoration.
8. Season the salad with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.
9. Stir the salad. We taste it. Add to your taste.
10. Serve on a plate or in a salad bowl, decorating it with egg pancakes.
