Cooking champignon kebab in the oven
1. Choose a deep container that will hold all the mushrooms. Pour soy sauce and mayonnaise into it. Also put in all the seasonings: for mushrooms, ground ginger, red hot paprika, suneli hops.
2. Stir the marinade well until smooth.
3. Wash the mushrooms under running water and wipe dry with a towel. You can also simply wipe them with a dry cloth from dust and dirt. The hats do not need to be cleaned. Although this process can be done as you are used to.
4. Place the mushrooms in a bowl with the sauce and stir well so that each mushroom is completely covered with the sauce.
5. Cover the mushrooms with cling film and leave to marinate for 30-40 minutes at room temperature. However, if they spend more time in the marinade, it will only taste better. For example, I once marinated them all night in the refrigerator.
6. Pre-soak the skewers in cold water for 20-30 minutes so that they do not burn during cooking. Then string the mushrooms tightly on them.
7. Place the kebabs on the wire rack, season with salt and place in an oven heated to 180 ° C for 30 minutes. Place a baking tray under the wire shelf to allow the fat to drip onto it. By the way, you can put potatoes on this baking sheet, then you will get a full-fledged hearty dinner. The tubers will be saturated with all the mushroom juices and will turn out to be amazingly tasty.
