- Thin Armenian oval lavash - 8 pcs.
- Milk - 1.5 l
- Butter - 50 g
- Eggs - 5 pcs.
- Flour - 4 tablespoons without slide
- Sugar - 200 g
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
Step by step preparation of the lazy Napoleon cake:
1. Spread the lavash on the table top, put a plate on top and cut out the cakes with a sharp knife. One oval pita bread will make 2 cakes.
2. You should have a total of about 16 thin pita cakes.
3. Next, place the pan on the stove and heat it without adding oil. Then put each pita bread and dry over medium heat.
4. Dry them on both sides. The cakes should become dry and firm, i.e. brittle.
5. In the meantime, prepare the cream. To do this, beat the eggs into a cooking pot and add sugar.
6. Beat eggs with a mixer until fluffy.
7. Add flour.
8. And beat it well with eggs until smooth. The mass will immediately thicken slightly.
9. Pour room temperature milk into a saucepan and place on the stove over medium heat.
10. Boil the cream, stirring continuously, so that there are no lumps. Do this until the first bubbles appear on the surface. Then remove the pan from the heat, but continue stirring the cream for another 5 minutes.
11. Put butter and vanillin in hot cream. Stir until the oil is completely melted and distributed throughout.
