1. Wash the chicken fillet under running water, cut off the film and place in a saucepan. Pour water over the meat, salt and boil until tender. Then cool completely and cut into medium pieces or tear along the fibers. Do not mix salad with hot meat, otherwise the dish will spoil. Chicken fillet can be fried in a pan or smoked - this will make the taste of the salad richer.

2. Cut the cheese into medium slices and add to the chicken bowl.

3. Remove the top coarse leaves from the cabbage, wash in running water and chop with a fine salt shaker or cubes. Wrap your hands around it or use a pestle to soften it and give it juice. For the salad, take young, juicy and dense (not friable) cabbage heads weighing 1-1.3 kg, without large and hard veins on the leaves.

Wash the cucumbers, dry with a paper towel, cut off the ends on both sides and cut into thin half rings.
