  • Rice is most often used for minced meat. It should be pre-boiled until half cooked.
  • Minced meat is used beef, pork, chicken or mixed. Minced meat can be bought ready-made, but it is better to twist it through a meat grinder yourself.

  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Hot pepper - 0.5 pods
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Tomatoes - 5-7 pcs.
  • Spices and spices to taste
  • Ground black pepper - a large pinch
  • Greens (cilantro, parsley) - bunch
  • Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
