Therefore, most often it is prepared during this period, because the fruits are fleshy, juicy, appetizing, sweet and bright red in color. Even simply adding it to a dish, the food will immediately acquire an incomparable aroma and taste. And if you cook stuffed peppers, then nothing beats this dish. There are many options for its preparation, but today we will make another recipe - baked peppers stuffed with meat and rice in the oven. The dish is tasty, hearty, juicy, nutritious … all eaters will surely like it. But before starting cooking, it will not be superfluous to know the peculiarities of cooking. Then the stuffed pepper will not turn into a shapeless mass, and the filling in it will not be unbaked.
- Choose peppers for stuffing that are even and medium-sized.
- It is important that the size of the peppers is approximately the same, because it takes a different amount of time to bring fruits of different sizes to readiness.
- Peppers of any color are used for stuffing: red, yellow, green. At the same time, a brighter multi-colored pepper looks more appetizing, so if the dish is being prepared for a festive table, then give preference to the red and yellow varieties.
- Rice is most often used for minced meat. It should be pre-boiled until half cooked.
- Minced meat is used beef, pork, chicken or mixed. Minced meat can be bought ready-made, but it is better to twist it through a meat grinder yourself.
- Stuffed peppers with sour cream are served, and if they were baked in sauce, then they are served with it.
- Garnish for stuffed peppers is not required, because it is a self-sufficient hot snack.

Ingredients:
- Sweet bell pepper - 8-10 pcs. depending on the size
- Meat (any sort) - 600 g Rice - 100 g
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Hot pepper - 0.5 pods
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Tomatoes - 5-7 pcs.
- Spices and spices to taste
- Ground black pepper - a large pinch
- Greens (cilantro, parsley) - bunch
- Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
Step by step preparation of baked peppers stuffed with meat and rice, recipe with photo:
1. Rinse the rice under running cold water, put in a saucepan, fill with drinking water and boil after boiling for 10 minutes until it doubles in volume.
2. Wash the meat, cut off the veins, film and excess fat. Peel and wash onions. Twist the products through a meat grinder with a medium wire rack.
3. Add boiled rice, chopped herbs and finely chopped garlic cloves with hot pepper to the minced meat.
4. Season the minced meat with salt, black pepper, any spices and mix well.
5. Wash sweet bell peppers with cold water and dry with a dry towel. Remove the stalk, clean out the seeds inside and cut off the partitions.

8. Wash the tomatoes with cold water, cut into wedges and place them in a food processor, in which place the “cutting knife” attachment. Add 2 peeled cloves of garlic, peeled hot pepper, salt and black pepper to the tomatoes.
