- Potatoes - 500 g
- Ground black pepper - 1/3 tsp or to taste

1. Peel potatoes and onions, wash under running cold water and dry with a paper towel.
2. Chop the potatoes and onions on a fine toothed grater. If you have a food processor, use it as it will. this process will take less time.
3. If there is a lot of moisture in the potato dough, transfer it to a fine sieve and leave for 10 minutes to allow excess moisture in the glass. Then season the dough with salt and black pepper. Add your favorite spices and herbs if desired. Mix the dough well.
4. Place the frying pan on the stove, pour in the vegetable oil and heat it well. Take the dough with a tablespoon and pour it into the pan, forming round or oval pancakes.
