- Crucian carp (large) - 1-2 pcs.
- Sour cream - 4 tbsp. l.
- Pepper mixture - 0.5 tsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp l.

Step-by-step cooking of crucian carp baked in the oven in foil:
