Step by step cooking of fried zucchini without flour with garlic, tomato and parsley, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the squash and dry it with a paper towel. Cut them into rings with a thickness of 0.5 mm to 1 cm. Thicker rings will be softer and juicier, thinner ones will brown and brown.
