Zucchini is also easy to digest, fight bad cholesterol, remove toxins from the body, cleanse the intestines and improve the functioning of the gastrointestinal tract.

They are prepared in a variety of ways and in many ways: fried, baked, stewed, spun caviar, canned, pickled, etc. Zucchini cooking is very diverse and multifaceted. But the most favorite way to cook them since childhood is fried zucchini with garlic. This is the most popular dish that awakens the appetite of every eater of any generation!   • Mayonnaise - for dressing to taste
  • Ground black pepper - a pinch
  • Salt - pinch or to taste
  • Vegetable oil - for frying

Step by step cooking of fried zucchini with garlic and tomatoes:

1. Wash the tomatoes and pat dry with a paper towel. Use a sharp knife to cut them into rings about 4 mm thick. Peel and rinse the garlic.

2. Wash the zucchini, dry it, cut off the stalk and "ass", then cut into rings 5-6 mm thick. Thicker pieces will be fried on the outside, but inside may remain slightly damp, and thin ones will quickly burn.

3. Place the pan on the stove and heat the vegetable oil. Add the zucchini rings and fry them over medium heat until golden brown. Then turn over, salt, pepper and cook until the same consistency.

4. Put the prepared zucchini on a serving dish.

5. Season each circle with minced garlic. Adjust the amount of garlic yourself: like spicy snacks, do not spare garlic.

6. On top of the zucchini, place the rings of tomatoes, lightly salt and drip a little mayonnaise. But remember that tomatoes, under the influence of salt, quickly release juice, so you should serve such a snack immediately after cooking. If you wish, you can also decorate the dish with cheese shavings and twigs. And mayonnaise can be excluded from the recipe so that the appetizer is less high in calories.
