For example, zucchini is cut into thin rings so that when fried, they become crispy like chips. They can be fried in butter, in a flour crust or in egg breading. They are served with garlic, mayonnaise, cheese shavings, herbs, tomato rings, etc. Adding a small amount of fried carrots, fresh onions and bell peppers makes the meal even more appetizing and aromatic. If the dish is prepared from young vegetables, then the skin does not need to be peeled or seeds removed. Old fruits should accordingly be peeled from large seeds and thick peels. Step by step preparation of fried zucchini with garlic, green onions and mayonnaise, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the zucchini, dry with a paper towel and cut into rings about 0.5-0.7 mm thick.
2. Peel the garlic. Wash green onions, dry and finely chop.
3. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat well. The bottom of the pan must be thick, otherwise the vegetables will burn. Place the zucchini in it and season with salt. Season with black pepper and your favorite spices if desired.
4. Fry the courgettes on both sides over medium heat until golden brown. Adjust the degree of frying yourself, like heavily fried vegetables, cook them longer on fire a little more. Accordingly, on the contrary, for a more tender appetizer, fry the zucchini on a low flame until a light golden color is formed.
5. Place the fried zucchini on a wide, flat plate.
