Ingredients:
- Milk - 1, 1 l
- Wheat flour - 420 g
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Processed and soft cheese - 200 g
- Vegetable oil (refined) - 3 tbsp.
- Sorrel - 30 g
- Dill greens - 20 g
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Lard - 20 g
- Salt - 0.25 tsp
Cooking cheese and sorrel patches:
- Beat eggs with sugar and salt, and then add milk, butter and, gradually adding flour, use a blender to knead a flowing homogeneous dough.
- Pour the finely chopped sorrel into the dough and beat it again with a blender so that no sorrel pieces are noticeable in it.
- Greasing a hot frying pan with a piece of bacon, bake thin pancakes on it.
- To prepare the filling, mix the melted cheese with finely chopped dill and grated garlic teeth.
- After lubricating the leaflets with the filling, roll them up in the form of tubes. Fold a well from the tubes, in the center of which place a thin glass filled with mayonnaise or sour cream.
