- Meat - 400 g
- Champignons - 400 g
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Walnuts - 100 g
- Hard cheese - 150 g
- Mayonnaise - for dressing

Cooking meat salad with mushrooms and nuts
1. Wash the champignons under running water, dry with a paper towel and cut into strips. Peel the onions, wash, dry and chop into half rings. If you wish, you can peel the mushroom caps, but this is not at all necessary.
2. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and send the mushrooms to fry. Liquid will come out of them during frying, so set the heat to high to evaporate faster.
3. When all the mushroom liquid from the pan disappears, send onions to fry with the mushrooms. Season the mushrooms with salt and black pepper and fry them until cooked through.
4. Wash the meat and boil in salted water. Then refrigerate it and cut into cubes about 1 cm in size.
5. Meanwhile, while the meat is boiling and the mushrooms are fried, cut the cheese into cubes.
6. Use a knife or hammer to break the walnuts into small pieces. If desired, they can be pre-pierced in a pan.
7. Put all products (boiled meat, fried mushrooms, walnuts and cheese) into a container. Season the salad with mayonnaise, adjust its taste with salt, mix everything well and you can serve the dish to the table.
