Dried peaches are considered ready when they do not stick to your hands, while remaining soft.
4. You can also dry fruits in a special electric dryer for 5-6 hours. They can also be dried using the grandmother's method in the fresh air for 2-3 days. Then cover them with gauze so that debris does not fall, and bring them indoors at night.
Store dried peaches in a paper bag or glass container at room temperature and moderate humidity.
