- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Grain French mustard - 1 tsp
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice - 1 tsp

1. Pour the soy sauce into a small deep bowl. It can be classic or with any taste. For example, ginger soy sauce is perfect for salads.
2. Add mustard to the soy sauce. If grain mustard is not available, use regular paste. It can be sharp or tender. If you only have spicy, but want to soften the sauce, add a little sugar or honey to the recipe.
