Cooking okroshka sauce
1. Pour sour cream into a deep bowl. I advise you to use it homemade or purchased with the highest percentage of fat, so that the food is nourishing, tastier and richer. But, if you want to make okroshka less high-calorie, then use sour cream 30% fat.
2. Add mayonnaise to sour cream. Use it also for satiety with 67% fat, for a more dietary meal - 30%.
3. Add the mustard. Its amount is conditional, it makes the food spicy, so you can add more or less to your taste.
4. Add salt and citric acid. These products are also used to taste. Citric acid can be replaced with natural lemon juice. To do this, wash the lemon, dry it and squeeze out the juice using a juicer or other kitchen tools.
5. Stir the food well to distribute it evenly.
6. The sauce is ready and you can add it to the pot with vegetables. This sauce can be used for almost any liquid in which okroshka is cooked. It goes well with meat and vegetable broth, kvass, mineral water, whey, etc.
