- Milk - 300 ml
- Semolina - 100 g

Step-by-step preparation of semolina cakes
1. Before preparing semolina meatballs, it is necessary to cook thick semolina. The porridge should be free of lumps. To achieve a homogeneous mass, pour cold water into a small saucepan with high walls and a thick bottom, then pour warm milk into it, add cereal and leave for 15 minutes.
